Before filing
According to Article 7 and Article 8 of the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Inspection and Quarantine of Import and Export Cosmetics (Order No. 243 of the General Administration of Customs), the Customs shall conduct record management of the consignee of imported cosmetics。Imported cosmeticsThe consignee or his agent shall declare in accordance with the relevant provisions of the General Administration of Customs and provide the record number of the consignee。
The sale of imported facial cleanser shall obtain the registration certificate of imported special cosmetics or the filing of ordinary cosmetics。At present, the customs has achieved electronic data network verification with the State Medical Products Administration。Enterprises fill in the relevant registration certificate number/record number when the import declaration, there is no need to submit additional paper or electronic materials。Customs will conduct comparison and verification during the customs clearance process。
